Full turnkey Plug 'n' Play deliverables
In January 2019, iLECSYS Rail successfully passed an audit to manufacture and test Plug and Play leads (and associated disconnection boxes), as per E0622-SN-001 issue 1. PA05/07026 and PA05/07151 has now resulted in iLECSYS Rail being able to offer a full turnkey Plug 'n' Play deliverable, including Disconnection Boxes, mountings and cabling.
The plugs & receptacles for signalling equipment (PA05/07026) are all manufactured using approved signalling wire and MIL5015 style plug couplers. These are used in REBs, location cases and disconnection boxes.
PA05/07151 covers electrically conductive signalling interconnects & leads. These are manufactured using approved signalling cable and MIL5015 style couplers factory assembled on the cable. Interconnects and leads can be supplied coiled in short lengths or as long lengths on a drum.
